In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "777e", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 777e platform accessible at 777e.today, licensed under an international gaming regulatory framework.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with 777e or uses any service provided through the 777e platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the 777e platform.

• "Real Money Balance" means any PKR funds deposited by a Player and held in their 777e Account.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to an Account by 777e subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total PKR amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to identity and age verification procedures carried out by 777e prior to processing withdrawals, using CNIC or other government-issued identification.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency used for all transactions on the 777e platform.
• "Services" means all online casino games, sports betting markets, poker, lottery, and any other gaming or entertainment services available on the 777e Platform.

By registering an Account on the 777e Platform, accessing any Service, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 777e Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may apply.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the 777e Platform and close your Account by contacting the support team at [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and 777e with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

777e reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this page regularly.

To register and use the 777e Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the use of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777e strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with applicable responsible gaming standards.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents are not eligible to hold a 777e Account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is specifically prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee, contractor, or director of 777e or any of its affiliated gaming service providers.

777e conducts age verification as part of its KYC process before approving any withdrawal request. Players will be required to submit a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and may be required to provide a selfie or additional supporting documents. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending bonuses will be cancelled, and any Real Money Balance held in the Account will be subject to investigation before potential return to the registered deposit method.

Each eligible individual may register only one Account on the 777e Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses are used — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 777e will never ask for your password via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel. You must notify 777e immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 777e will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Account sharing — allowing any third party to access or use your 777e Account — is strictly prohibited. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be your activity and you accept full responsibility for it.

777e reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, and when unusual activity is detected. Failure to cooperate with verification requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

All financial transactions on the 777e Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are published in the Cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change at 777e's discretion.

Deposits: All PKR deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 777e Account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which typically occurs within a few hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required blockchain network confirmations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification. 777e reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Anti-Money Laundering: 777e operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. 777e reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into any Account and to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending satisfactory receipt of such evidence. Any Account found to be involved in money laundering activity will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

777e does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties. Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument held in the name of the registered Account holder. 777e accepts no liability for funds deposited from a third-party source.

777e offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 777e bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the bonus-specific terms.
• Maximum bets placed using Bonus Balance may be restricted. Bets exceeding the stated maximum bonus bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings at 777e's discretion.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use and may not be exploited through systematic low-risk wagering strategies. 777e reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible Account unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players who create multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times are in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• 777e reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

In such circumstances, affected stakes will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance without further compensation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777e Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to 777e immediately and will be subject to reversal.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion with other Players, or match-fixing in relation to sports betting markets.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 777e.
• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account restriction.
• Using the Platform to facilitate illegal activities of any kind.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 777e Platform.

All content on the 777e Platform, including but not limited to the 777e brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and documentation, is the property of 777e or its respective content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 777e intellectual property, including use of the 777e brand name or logo in any context not expressly authorised by 777e in writing, is strictly prohibited.

777e collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 777e.today/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 777e includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, CNIC number, Pakistani mobile number, email address, device identifiers, IP address, transaction history, and gaming activity records. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777e's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 777e Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777e shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

777e does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and circumstances beyond 777e's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. 777e will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime or inaccessibility.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. 777e is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through use of the Platform, provided those losses result from legitimate game outcomes and not from a material technical error attributable to 777e.

777e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 777e reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity has been detected in connection with the Account.
• The Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory obligations require 777e to restrict access to the Account.
• A self-exclusion or cool-off request has been submitted by the Account holder.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Account holder via the registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an Account is closed due to breach or fraud, 777e reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

All matters relating to bet settlement decisions made in good faith by 777e in accordance with published game rules and market rules are final and not subject to further dispute.

777e reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the 777e Platform after any revision to these Terms & Conditions is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account immediately.
